As part of your sponsor package your logo and company description will be on the Wearable Tech website. Please go to the Wearable Technology Summit Website and create a new user id and password and follow the instructions to upload the information. You may change the information at anytime but keep in mind it is not a direct access line. If you change the information at anytime after it is uploaded to the website, please let Peter or Julie know and we will make sure the website is updated.
Over the course of the next 3 months we will be asking for information and assets as well as requesting information that we may share in our press releases and EDMs leading up to CES 2020. Please be sure to check spam folders or reach out to us with any questions.

Platinum and Gold level sponsors are entitled to a full-page advertisement in our conference program book.
Full Page Color Ad: 5½” wide x 8½” tall (bleed area) 5¼” wide x 8¼” tall (live area). PDF format preferred.
Silver level sponsors are entitled to a half-page advertisement in our program book.
Half Page B/W or Color: Ad –5 ¼” wide x 4” tall (no bleed). PDF format preferred.

Exhibitor Badge Registration
Registration Information & Badges
Be sure to register all exhibitor personnel before traveling to CES to guarantee a smooth arrival process on-site.
The Primary Contact of your space will receive an automated email with instructions to sign in to the Exhibitor Dashboard, linked above. Registration can only be accessed through the Exhibitor Dashboard link so be on the lookout for your sign in instructions from [email protected].
Through the Dashboard, Primary Contacts will have the opportunity to manage registration themselves or assign someone else as the Registration Coordinator who may also access the registration dashboard. Within registration, you’ll be able to
- Register on behalf of your exhibitor personnel.
- Invite your exhibitor personnel to complete their own registration records.
- Retrieve your customized discount code to invite up to 1,000 customers to CES.
- Order lead retrieval.
We’ve made some change. Below are new registration requirements for CES 2020:
- Exhibitor personnel must provide photo identification that will be printed on their CES badge. This will be a mandatory requirement. If you are managing registration for your entire group, please keep this in mind. Photos cannot be bulk uploaded into the system and must be individually added to each registration.
- CES will continue to require date of birth (DOB) for all who register, and new for CES 2020, will collect gender as well.
- The Primary Contact may assign a secondary Registration Coordinator to help manage the registration process.
- We’ve added tutorial videos to help you through the process, including how to tutorials, best practices and ideas for trouble shooting.
Once on-site, exhibitor personnel may go to any of the badge pickup locations to retrieve their CES badge. Refer to the Badge Policy information to determine free or paid allotment which will also be shown on your registration dashboard.

Freeman is the exhibition services company with whom you contract for booths, signage, furniture, carpeting, and any shipping/receiving needs. Unless you purchased a turnkey booth, your floor space is open booth space, and as such, you’ll need to outfit it with any furniture and carpeting you need. SES—Electricity and Internet Access
The service provider for electricity and for internet service at the Sands is SES. If you need electricity in your booth, you can find the details and order form here: SES Electrical Information. You may need to create an SES account online in order to place orders. Discount Deadline: December 18
If you need internet access in your booth, you can find the details and ordering information here: SES Internet Information. Please keep in mind that if you purchase internet, SES provides only a hardline internet connection (as opposed to Wi-Fi), but you are welcome to bring your own Wi-Fi router. Audio Visual Equipment
Freeman Audio Visual is the provider for any A/V needs (projectors, TVs, monitors, computers). You will find pricing and ordering information in the Audio Visual Ordering portion of the Exhibitor Manual.
Turnkey Booth Packages
Turnkey booths allow you to furnish your booth in an easy, “one stop shopping” manner. Turnkey packages include a booth structure, carpeting, furniture, electricity, and some custom graphics, and the pricing also includes installation and dismantle. Travel and Hotels
If you haven’t booked your hotel rooms yet for CES, you can find information here: http://www.ces.tech/Register-Plan/Hotel. We’ve found the CES rates to be pretty competitive, but it may be worth a check of Expedia or Hotels.com. Deadline: ASAP. Please note that onPeak is the only official housing agent for CES 2020, and CES does not use any other housing bureau or third-party agency for hotel accommodations or other travel arrangements. Any claims by any company stating otherwise are not true.
Shipping to and from the show may be arranged by you, using your own preferred carrier, and you have options for either advanced shipping to the warehouse or shipping to the show site directly. Drayage (moving the boxes to and from the show site receiving area to the show floor) is charged directly by Freeman. For information about move in/move out dates, go to the Move-In map. Shipping information, including the shipping addresses and instructions, can be found in the Material Handling section of the Exhibitor Manual. Advanced Shipment Arrival Deadline: December 26.
Although the doors to the show floor are locked every night, there are quite a few workers, exhibitors, cleaners, and others who have access to the show floor. We recommend that you take any valuables (laptops, iPads, etc.) with you each night. If you feel you need additional booth security, you can find information here: Booth Security.

Although it may feel early to think about next year’s show, you are invited to join in the 2021 CES Space Selection process. As the 2020 show nears, you’ll receive information about your scheduled appointment time to secure the best booth location for the 2021 show.
